PLEASE NOTE: For other companies, Dr. Yvonne is an out-of-network provider and we will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. Best to check with your individual plan to determine what your out of network benefit covers and if labs are needed to be done by an "in-network" provider.

Proper Diagnosis Requires a Proper Assessment!

Here is what I generally recommend:

TSH-most docs only do this with a "reflex", but that's not good enough.
Free T4 and Free T3
Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies and Anti-thyroglobulin Antibodies (you need both)
Metabolic Panel (CMP-14)
25-OH Vitamin D3
Complete Blood Count with a Differential (CBD w/Diff)
Hemoglobin A1c, Fasting Insulin, Lipid Panel
hsCRP-not the regular CRP
If you have Hashimoto's Thryoiditis and any symptoms, ask for a Thyroid Ultrasound
Ask for serum bone loss markers-P1NP and CTX
If you don't have periods anymore or have history of fracture get a bseline Dexa, 65 yet
